IS Siena is an IB world school offering a high quality English language education for an internationally minded community in Tuscany. Our educational programme is built on the International Baccalaureate's pedagogy of conceptual and inquiry-based learning, which empowers students to have ownership over their own learning, and to become independent, critical thinkers.

Teaching and learning is highly personalised and student centred, providing support as well as extending challenge for all learners as appropriate for their individual needs.

Through a broad and balanced curriculum with emphasis on the arts and sports as well as science, maths, humanities and languages, students develop high level academic knowledge and understanding, leadership skills and social awareness.
