The International School of Siena offers a variety of after school clubs provided by staff members. Staff members offer particular clubs based on their talents or areas of interest.

Each club runs for one year and families receive an overview at the beginning of the school year of which clubs will be offered. Parents then sign up their child to the preferred club.

Some of this year's options are Visual Arts, Football, Drama Club, Dance, Coding and Robotics and Storytelling.
